“What have you found?”

“It’s him, sir. We’ve confirmed he’s been in New York for a few months.”

“And the man he was with?”

“His name is Pierce Wilder. He made a few million with a computer business.”

Dean Connelly nodded at the information, as he turned his chair to face the man standing in front of his desk.

“This Pierce Wilder…how did he meet my Colt?”

“It seems Colt has a job working for a woman named Eve Howell, and Pierce uses the service Eve runs…”

“In other words, Colt is whoring himself out for money?” Dean growled.

“It…it would seem so, sir.”

“Well, he will have to be punished for that, won’t he?” A smile curved his lips. “Silly boy will need to be punished for a great many things. As will this Pierce Wilder. I’m not amused to hear about the games he has been playing with what belongs to me.”

“What do you want me to do, sir?”

“We’re going to New York. And we’re going to get my toy back.”
